Amanda Lee began her career after acquiring a guitar from her parents that made her love for music grow. She attended a Christian church where charismatic music was the norm, and dancing played a crucial role in her life. She witnessed influential and powerful music in people’s lives and later became very involved in the worship band of the church. She won a local singing competition in 2011 and then continued to prepare a rock and soul band named The Driftwood Sailors. They together released a full-length album named White Horses & Black Jeans that gained a strong regional audience.
