Erin was one of the founding members of the Laurel Mercantile Company, which she now owns and runs with a business partner. When the actors of Home Town received their second child, Mae, in the spring, they already had a daughter named Helen, who was three years old. Mae is now seven months old. When Erin and Ben were both freshmen in college, they crossed paths and quickly fell in love. Six days later, they tied the knot. Ever since that time, they have been a couple.
