Mélanie Laurent was born on 21 February 1983, and her birthplace in Paris, France. She is a French actress, filmmaker, singer, and pianist. She is the daughter of Pierre Laurent (her father) and Annick (her mother). She made her film debut in 1999 with the French film Un pont entre deux rives. She gained recognition after the film Inglourious Basterds, and Don’t Worry, I’m Fine, and she is best known for it. She made many notable films such as Paris, Enemy, and Now You See Me, for which she received the nomination for San Diego Film Critics Society Award for Best Supporting Actress.
