Percy Miller, better known by his stage name, Master P, has been a pioneer in the hip-hop and rap scenes for over 30 years. He wrote Mr Ice Cream Man, Make ‘Em Say Uhh! and Rock It and founded No Limit Records and TRU. By collaborating with his son Lil Romeo, Master P could present his music to a wider audience. The singer of “Let’s Get ‘Em” married Sonya Miller in 1989. Sonya, the bride, was a rapper at their marriage; her recordings were released under the name Sonya C. They have seven children: boys Percy “Romeo” (1989), Vercy “Young V” (1991), Hercy (2002), and Mercy (2005), and girls Tytana (1992), Inty (1993), and Itali (1999). Sonya divorced Master P in 2013 after they had been married for over 25 years.
In 2014, they finally resolved the terms of their divorce, but not before things became nasty in public.
